Qualifications (Skills and Experiences and Education):
- Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum years of experience needed to perform the job
- 7-9 years of experience in web and mobile digital development, with an emphasis in scrum and/or agile product ownership roles
Education required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering Desired.
- Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering
Skills: General skills needed to perform the job
Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning, a deep knowledge of human-centered design, a love of data, and an interest in the auto industry
Passion for identifying and solving real consumer and business problems, and proven ability to prioritize high leverage opportunities to deliver to market.
A bias to action and a proven track record of delivering both minimum viable products and scaled solutions within a matrixed organization to market at rapid speed
Ability to guide matrixed partner teams as well as collaborate across brands and organization.
Ability to empower designers and developers to deliver great products

Comprehensive understanding of the latest web and mobile product technologies and user experience best practices
Success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies and suppliers

Experience managing the digital product development and delivery of direct to consumer web or mobile applications.
Deep understanding of user-centered product development practices.
Knowledge and practice of core principals of Agile methodology and development practices including Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, etc.
Familiarity and experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for product user stories and agile development
Role Summary:
Leads Audi North American Region (NAR) activities related to oneAudi Digital Dealership (oADD) development
Supports collaboration with Audi AG to develop digital features and tools that can be used not only in in the US and CA but in markets across the globe
Steers the oADD development plan to help Audi AG create a benchmark digital dealership shopping experience
Creates a premium customer journey, responsible for digital customer facing features for Audi in collaboration with the OneAudi AG team.
Drives brand excitement while providing key and easy to access vehicle information in an easily mobile, easily engaging way are key to success.
Develops the roadmap, lead the agency work groups and development teams and manage the execution of the deliverables
Works with the cross functional teams, in line with the project portfolio team, as well as the steering of different parties and vendors to successfully implement the road map.
Key Activities:
Drives development to deliver the oADD strategy, for both desktop and mobile website enabling a premium customer journey.
Engages and inform management and stakeholders of developments.
Manages timelines, budgets and quality of defined projects together with the cross functional team, agencies and Audi headquarters.
Transforms the digital experience into a personalized sales channel by taking a customer centric perspective.
Steers cross-functional teams and define the needs of a seamless user experience and find solutions with the IT department (backend systems and data integration).
Manages and steer the digital agency in terms of output, timeline and budget.
Works closely and collaboratively with our AG colleagues in support of all oADD development efforts.
Specific Product Owner Tasks:
Responsible for maintaining key information regarding market development, competitive strategies and emerging business models.
Responsible for being the voice of the business and advocating for the team's success.
Responsible for maintaining the delivery roadmap and keeping stakeholder's apprised of progress.
Responsible for gathering requirements and guiding the product manager and delivery teams on prioritization and delivery of topics.
Responsible for collecting market-relevant information regarding competitor offerings, strategies and partnerships.
Responsible for outlining related conclusions for Audi strategy based on those facts.
Responsible for providing regular updates on oADD development to top management.
Responsible for supporting the product manager with delivery which is inclusive of (but not limited to):
a. The aforementioned requirement gathering with stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure the delivery team is set up for success to reach delivery milestones within the parameters of a sprint cadence.
b. Getting written sign-off on requirements from all key stakeholders for requirements and key decision points.
c. Clearly documenting all requirements in Confluence.
d. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
e. Leading stakeholder meetings, and aligning beforehand on agendas and open topics.
Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc.
Travel 20% of the time.
