Product Owner
Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA, Chicago, IL or McLean, VA hybrid
Schedule: Mon and Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite

Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience within product ownership
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on user experience
• User Experience: Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research and testing
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with database systems and database management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Certifications (CSM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
