Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in experience is required
- 5+ years of experience managing customer's needs and delivering upon expectations in a business or IT role with internal and external customers
- 3+ years in diverse roles and increasing responsibilities across business and IT, although a business-only career is acceptable if business roles included sufficient technology focus to equip the candidate to communicate effectively with delivery teams
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in analytics project management, data science environment deploying AI/Machine Learning applications to address business priorities
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think innovatively
- Experience with Data Scientists on projects that are R&D focused using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Deep understanding of various algorithms and their applications (Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Recommender Systems, Probability Networks, NLP, Neural Networks, Bayesian models etc.)
- Good understanding of big data concepts and cloud technologies
- Experience developing and managing a product roadmap
- Hands on experience creating user stories with a development team
- Passion for solving complex analytical problems and generating cross-functional solutions in a fast-paced agile scrum environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Detailed knowledge of the following industries is also preferred: salvage and/or wholesale vehicle auction/equipment operations or vehicle re-marketing services
- Demonstrable experience in engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
