• Experience interacting with multi-functional teams and being heard.
Previous role experience within Products Research at P&G, with experience analyzing quantitative consumer testing and completing breakouts within the dataset. Knowledge of systems such as JMP, Nexus, Enovia, and Cispro., Analysis of key technical measures and success criteria to predict consumer response to prototypes using quant data. Excellent Communications/Collaboration skills to regularly share data, listening to feedback/input to put into a concise action plan. Strong Problem-solving skills to quickly assess risk and determine approach/next steps to mitigate. 6. Champion Productivity- Demonstration of skills/experience to analyze data for utilization in results reporting (written/oral) from quant study analysis. Is capable to demonstrate mastery with JMP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Office 365 Tools

JOB DESCRIPTION
Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs. Submits products for analytical testing. Utilizes P&G Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
