Product Risk Administrator- Wabash Facility at Ford Meter Box Company

Ford Meter Box is seeking a Product Risk Administrator for its Wabash, Indiana facility.  The position has the following responsibilities:

• Develop correspondence for products, returns, back charges, notices, agreements/statements and company responses
• Provide support in matters of dispute, information collection, and documentation to defend claims regarding product issues, back charges, subrogation, and other sales-related matters
• Assist Product & Quality Assurance Technicians on test and inspection criteria for products returned claimed defective
• Provide support to Outside Sales during product field troubleshooting to remedy customer product claims/issues
• Exceptional business communication skills and writing acumen
• Business travel as needed

A four-year college degree is required for this opening and two years of related experience and/or training. Prospects must be familiar with all sales policies, customer service procedures, AWWA, ASTM and other applicable standards. Knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and a strong mechanical aptitude are also needed.
