Product Sales Assistant 

Location: Denver, CO

Availability: Full Time

We are hiring a Product Sales Assistant for our new client in Denver, CO. You will assist the team in the general day-to-day running and production at promotional sales events whilst also learning how to guide and manage the team. As a Sales Assistant, your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include achieving both personal and team sales goals, daily supervision of the team, general management, and motivation of sales team members.

Requirements:

• Some experience working in a customer-facing role
• Excellent practical knowledge of performance metrics
• Good experience with PC٫ particularly with MS Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making٫ organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Set clear sales team goals and motivate team members
• Drive expansion that leads to increased sales revenues generated from targeted products
• Help to set an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and setting deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and sales whilst at the events
• Processing a handful of sales to lead by example
• Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolve any problems
• Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics
• Encourage high performance٫ creativity and risk-taking
• Develop and maintain team-building activities
