The pay range for this role is: $86,084.00 - $101,275.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years in engineering or software development field.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Available for overnight business travel (less than 5%).
Preferences:
- Preferred 1-2 years working within BMW development especially with pre-integration HW/SW.
- BMW B1, B2, and E1 license.
- German language skills a plus but not required.
Additional Skills:
- Self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to work under pressure and with compressed timeline.
- Able to adapt and willing to continually learn new technologies and concepts.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technologies with focus on BMW highly preferred.
- Workflow and life cycle model knowledge, strong documentation skills.
- Developed networks into BMW Automotive Group (especially development departments) highly preferred.
- Strong social skills to ensure working interface with BMW Automotive Group despite the physical distance.
