Job Title: Product Specialist - Archer
Job Location: Quincy, MA
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 3-6 month contract with likely extensions
Pay Rate: $/hr. on W2
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD only.
Job Description
Serves as product expert for internal/external clients during product implementation, enhancement and integration. Interfaces with various development, network, and product groups to facilitate client product enhancements and ensures final product meets client specifications. Builds test configurations and conducts integration analysis to ensure system compatibility and optimum performance. Having 5+ years of IT experience. We are looking for a senior systems analyst and an Archer GRC configuration expert to help us deliver on a short term key deliverable.
Required:
Hands on configuration and development experience on Archer 5.5 or above.
Creating Data imports and data feeds.
Creating advanced workflows and notification structures.
Must Haves:
Implementation experience with Archer using the Issues Management/Incident Management applications.
Key functions are to work with business teams to understand their requirements, create a solution design document and implement the changes in Archer.
Experience with integrating LDAP with Archer.
Strong analytical skills will be useful.
