Scope:
- Individual will work in Business Operations (Operational readiness) supporting 2 key groups/initiatives.
- This role requires a Technical resource who will be responsible to ensure all products are operationally sound prior to going out.
- Will ensure analytics, dashboards and metrics are up and running so they can monitor the health of the application.
- Will work extensively with Splunk as primary data tool. Will need to be able to write queries, build dashboards, interpret patterns and explain anomalies.
- Requires great communication skills both written and verbal and previous experience in a Production support environment.
