Job DescriptionNETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a highly technical, self-motivated person to work as Inside Technical Support. This position uses technical knowledge about NETZSCH equipment to provide support to sales, after sales and customers. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot situations for all applications of NETZSCH equipment, over the phone, via email, or out in the field. Potentially having to repair or disassemble equipment in the field.
- Support field service technicians with documents and knowledge to ensure they can perform their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage in house customer repair program with customers and NETZSCH team.
- Assist or manage high complexity problems of customer’s equipment.
- Document work in Salesforce.
- Support spare parts, customers, service and sales with part identification.
- Provide and prepare verbal and written quotations for service and, as needed, quote parts that are required to address any issue or needed for a service.
- Provide technical documents needed by customer for all aftermarket requests.
- Other duties may be assigned
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years mechanical experience or education in a technical field or combination of experience and education. In addition:
- Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have previous experience interacting with customers and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft office products, Safesforce of similar CRM and SAP or similar ERP system is required.
- Must be a team player who can work productively with a wide range of people and departments.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%, mostly in the US with occasional international trips to other NETZSCH locations for training.
