POSITION: Production Ag Account Coordinator (Wray)
REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of current agricultural issues
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to operate, mount, dismount, hook up, secure, and transport
equipment safely
Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate with customers and team members and form excellent
customer relationships
Ability to competently use computerized tools and reports
Ability to negotiate and use math knowledge
Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture-related field
3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural
farm equipment or related field
DAYS AND HOURS: Full time position. Schedule to be arranged with employer.
DUTIES: engage directly with local ag producers to assess equipment needs
and recommend solutions using your expertise in John Deere and competitive
agricultural equipment. Your days will involve developing sales strategies,
maintaining CRM records, participating in demonstrations to showcase
innovations, and ensuring customers have access to the latest agronomy
practices and financing options.
WAGE: $48000-250000 per year
DAYS/HRS.: Full Time Permanent Daytime hrs.
