About the Job
We are looking for a Mechanical Artist / Production Artist to produce mechanicals for our client to be viewed by the world. On a daily basis, you'll be working in a fast-paced, fun environment, producing print-ready mechanicals. This is a role for a collaborative individual who is highly organized, extremely detail oriented, and capable of working with high expectations within flexible and demanding deadlines.
The ideal candidate has:

responsibilities:
- Work with Studio Project Managers and Production Design to accurately implement content across a range of mechanicals.
- Practice meticulous attention to detail and follow instructions precisely.
- Provide multiple layout solutions when necessary.
- Manage a high-volume workload.
- Complete relevant checklists for all assigned tasks to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
- Create and update mechanical templates with new specifications.
- Maintain strict server structure and file organization guidelines.
- Manage files and processes (incoming/outgoing, naming, archiving, etc.)
- Consistently adhere to file naming strategies.
- Perform quality-control measures on individual and peer work.
- Abide by (and enforce) client's strict confidentiality policies.
- Communicate articulately with team, sharing and documenting any issues or knowledge to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement work philosophy.
