In this hands-on position, you'll work with cutting-edge technology and equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. **What You'll Do:** As a **Production Assembly Technician,** you will be responsible for setting up and operating both automatic and semi-automatic machines in a continuous production process. You'll monitor key parameters such as flow ratios, pressures, and temperatures to ensure everything aligns with our process specifications. In this role you will: + **Utilize soldering techniques** to securely attach SMT and through-hole components. + **Conduct electrical testing and inspections** to ensure product functionality. + **Assemble electronic components** onto PCB boards using hand and power tools. + **Troubleshoot and repair machinery and assemblies** according to layout plans, blueprints, and SOPs. **A Typical Day Includes:** + Performing electrical tests and inspections using specialized tools and equipment. + Assembling electronic components onto PCB boards, ensuring adherence to quality standards. + Reading and interpreting schematic drawings for accurate assembly and troubleshooting. + Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow. **What We're Looking For:** + **Proficiency in soldering** SMT and through-hole components. + Ability to **read and interpret schematic drawings** and technical documentation. + Strong **computer skills** and attention to detail. The compensation range for this role is $25.00 - $29.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
