What You'll Do:

• Develop and organize engaging training material for our production team
• Provide essential clerical support and coordinate training activities with shift supervisors
• Keep production stations running smoothly by handling document creation, order processing, and logistical needs
• Track and monitor ingredient movements to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining production supplies and completing timecards
• Get involved in exciting special projects and make a real impact!

Schedule:

• Be flexible to work both shifts: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm or 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Administrative support in a food manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong High School level Math, Reading, and Writing skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organization
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
