About the Role:
- Assist in the operation of concrete manufacturing equipment under supervision.
- Handle and transport raw materials, such as aggregates and cement, to designated areas.
- Participate in basic quality control activities, such as visual inspections and basic testing of concrete products.
- Keep the production area clean and organized; assist in routine maintenance tasks as directed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide assistance to machine operators and senior production staff as needed during production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production goals and targets.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to concrete production processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the production workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, progress, and any other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
