Production Associate

The position has various responsibilities and job functions, and every work-day is different.

Full-time 7:30am to 4:00pm (Monday – Friday) - Temp-To-Hire

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr - $16/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use basic hand and cutting tools, industrial sewing and grommet machines – full training will be provided.
• Lift/transfer raw material, finished product and packed materials from pallets and tables.
• Meet quality and production standards following training period.
• Follow documented work instructions and all facility and safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Previous manufacturing experienced preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required Veterans encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Full-time 7:30am to 4:00pm (Monday – Friday) - Temp-To-Hire
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Detail oriented with basic math and reading skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Ability to read procedures, follow instructions and distinguish colors.
• Willingness to learn and improve professionally .
• Work overtime as necessary, but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Walking, bending, pushing, reaching and lifting.
• Repetitive motion.
• Standing, walking or moving about, up to 100% of work shift.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
