Position Summary
Our Production Associates work on the fabrication of steel to be used in the construction of solar panel mounting systems, greenhouses and carwashes.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday through Thursday
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties):
- Operating machinery to form steel products
- Squatting, bending, and lifting steel products on a repetitive basis.
- Assembling products using hand tools and power tools such as impact wrenches.
- Reading blueprints and other technical drawings to ensure that products are assembled correctly.
- Entering product information into the ERP computer data entry system.
- Measuring and quality checking finished product to ensure specifications have been met.
- Performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning machinery or equipment to ensure continued operation of the factory.
- Exchanging parts between machines or repairing machines when they break down.
- Operating forklifts to move materials within warehouses or across docks to load or unload.
- Following safety regulations and procedures to minimize risk of injury to self and others.
- Inspecting incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards before they are used in production.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 3 Years of Manufacturing Experience (heavy machinery preferred)
- 2 years of Forklift experience (propane preferred)
- 1 years of basic data entry into an ERP computer data entry system
Technical Requirements
- Ability to utilize a measuring tape.
- Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings/instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
Physical Requirements
- Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
- Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.
