Production Associate I - VENTEK Solutions LLC

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate I – 1^st Shift at our integrated materials plant in Eau Claire, WI making custom packaging.  This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $18.17.  Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Ventek Solutions. 

Requirement:

• Operating the following equipment:  Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, Stretch Wrappers.
• Other equipment as trained on.
• Closely follow all manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in physical inventory at month end, yearend, and during audits.  
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for an extended period.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Physical requirement, including but not limited to performing repetitive tasks, perform firm/strong grasping, bending,           lifting, stretching, stooping, reaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Being reliable and work independently or with a team.
• Working in ambient temperatures.
