Job Title: Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker

Responsibilities:

• Clip and secure lenses into baskets for the coating process.
• Prepare and operate the coating machine to ensure proper lens coating.
• Inspect lenses for optical quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
