Production Associate - OpSource Staffing

•  2nd -3:30pm to 12am, but will train on 1st 7am-3:30pm

• $17.00

Core duties:

• Loading and unloading trucks. LTL, Truckload and small package
  • All paperwork experience: BOLs, receiving inspection signoffs etc
• Staging and palletizing shipments both stowing product from production lines and pulling orders from warehouse inventory, prepping and shipping it. 
• Pulling product samples and delivering to QC/Lab for quality inspection or sample preparation
• Receiving and distributing UPS and other incoming packages to proper area/personnel
• Cleaning floors and housekeeping during gaps and slow periods in core work. Own appearance and organization of general warehouse areas and assistance in production areas as time allows.
• Lesser duties
  • Cross training for light manufacturing coverage rotational work to allow 2^{nd or}  Backup Warehouse Associate to have prime coverage duties to stay fresh on skills.  Rotation will be decided based on availability of skilled backup.
• Other assignments as needed related to warehouse duties to meet business needs.

Must have:

• Needs to be friendly and collaborative team player
• Professional demeanor to interface with all departments
• Safety oriented
• Hands-on
• Computer skills: Basic for labels, shipping computer interface/softwares etc.

Nice to have or premium skills:

• Desire or ability to be Forklift trainer for certification of production employees.
• Ability to work or coordinate warehouse inventory activities at floor level
• Ability to manage equipment maintenance such as Forktruck or powered lift equipment. (Charging, Service coordination etc) 
• Freight paperwork & terms familiarity (incoterms, Cert of Origin, freight forwarding arrangement)
