Overview:The Production Coordinator position is a key technical resource for the Greensboro Aquatic Center Competitive Meet Operations overseeing a variety of Electronic Timing System and related production equipment to conduct Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, and Synchronized Swimming competitions at various levels, from local summer events to televised National and International Events.
This role will pay a Hourly of $20 to $23.00.

This position will remain open until Dec 31, 2024.
Responsibilities:- Prepare for Competitive Meets by setting up and using electronic timing and judging equipment, cables, scoreboard, computers, software as well as internet streaming broadcast cameras, hardware, software to run events.
- Weekly and monthly maintenance and repair of all equipment, installing/maintaining all above and below ground wiring pertaining to event equipment.
- Assisting in facility setup for events (signage, tenting, spectator areas, bulkhead movement, etc.).
- During the Events operating all timimg/judging systems, testing/trouble shooting all systems and in-water timing/judging equipment.
- Operating outbound broadcast streaming when necessary.
- After the Event, remove all systems and equipment to return facility to Non-Event status.
- During the Events operating and overseeing all part-time staff to ensure coverage, back up equipment quick replacement for buttons, touch pads, speakers and other related race equipment.
- Responsible for training of part-time Meet Technicians.
- Other production related duties including sound set up and check, microphones and meet music set up and creating some graphics and messages for the scoreboard.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of general working knowledge of timing systems, aquatic competitive electronic timing systems, meet entry software and hardware, as well as opertion maintenance and repair of technical timing system equipment and the prompt delivery of the race results to the electric scoreboard.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills. Must be able to operate, establish connections between and trouble shoot CTS Electronic Timing System with lap tops and meet software.
- Must be able to address issues in very demanding and time sensitive situations.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays as required. Weekend work schedules required at most Events are conducted over the weekends approximately 40-45 weekends a year.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
