We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various aspects of the production process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for helping to coordinate logistics, manage equipment, and assist crew members during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Maintain daily production schedules
• Monitor production processes and identify problems to the Production Manager
• Assist in the preparation and execution of production, including setting up equipment
• Collaborating with production manager and team leads to prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
• Communicate schedules and updates to all departments, ensuring alignment across the organization
• Maintain accurate records for production
• Implement best practices in scheduling and production planning to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Participate in the weekly production meetings to review schedule and address any concerns
