They are seeking a Production Coordinator to support all service & administrative duties related to production & install scheduling. The Production Coordinator manages all customer communications related to project and installation scheduling. The ideal candidate for this position will be an excellent communicator who puts the customer's experience first. The position requires someone who can manage project timeline to meet deadlines and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
**This is a full time, ONSITE position - 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.**
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in maintaining all scheduling and reschedules for the production & install department
- Coordinate with purchasing to be sure all materials are ordered in a timely manner while also tracking the delivery of all materials to the proper site address
- Assist department manager with billing inquires and billing entries for accurate processing & reporting by purchasing and accounting
- Document and update customer records based on every interaction
- Assists in filling for work permits with the appropriate municipality and follow up on permit requests to ensure they are approved in time for installation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two or more years previous experience in project coordinating, customer service, sales support, or other related fields; previous construction industry experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
- Time management and organization is a must
- Types 45wpm or more
- Advanced user of MS Outlook
