Pay Rate: $ 18-$20/hr

Production Coordinator Summary: The Production Coordinator works to ensure that the production department meets its quality
assurance goals and delivery schedules are completed on time.

Production Coordinator Job Duties include:

• Ensure the production department meets its quality assurance goals and delivery schedules are completed on time
• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to expedite products through the manufacturing organization, ensuring shipments are completed on time and within specifications
• Verification of Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for each product pulled
• Assist with producing drawings that are used to manufacture parts
• Create Routing operations to ensure components meet drawing requirements
• Coordinate the work scope of the project throughout the beginning of manufacturing and finalizing with completed product
• Closeout job routers, sort documentation and deliver to correct departments
• All other duties as assigned by management

Production Coordinator Requirements include:

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information
• Cooperate and work well in a team atmosphere
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Bilingual helpful, but not required
