Production Inspector / Packer - Spherion

As a Production Inspector / Packer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and packaging of products in our fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for managing materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities:
Production Operations: Handle, inspect, assemble, and package products following detailed Process Instructions.
Packaging: Accurately pack products, verify weights and counts, and apply correct labeling.
Material Management: Operate and maintain presses, grinders, and regrind bins, ensuring materials are labeled and grinders emptied in a timely fashion.
Safety: Adhere to safety procedures, report any safety concerns, and keep a safe work environment.
Quality Control: Inspect parts, follow Quality Plan standards, and isolate any non-conforming products.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, ensuring material and equipment are properly stored.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Detail-oriented, teamwork, time management, and technical capacity.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
