Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Production Laborer to join our dynamic team and support our production operations.

Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.
Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!
Position Overview
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery and chemical tanks.
- Prepare and transport materials to and from the production line, ensuring that the Line Operator has everything needed for continuous operation.
- Inspect products during and after the finishing process to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects or issues.
- Prepare parts for various processes by following customer specifications to clean, rack, and/or sand.
- Unrack and inspect parts for defects and remove masking materials if needed after processing.
- Package parts after processing for shipment to customers.
- Utilize computer system to track job progress and scan in and out of jobs
- Verify the accurate process is performed per the customers specifications
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
- Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing equipment and work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- This is an entry-level position; no previous experience is required. Some manufacturing or related experience is a plus but not required!
Shift Hours
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
Total Compensation Package
- Wage
- Starting at $16.50/hour and up plus a shift differential for 3rd shift!
- Paid Weekly!
