Production Laborer - PrideStaff

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.

The Production Associate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package finished products for shipping or storage.
• Move materials to and from production areas using forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience. 

Pay range $15.00 - $18.00 Shift Variable
