Production line - 5th HQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials.
• Set up machines, including threading, tension adjustments, and fabric placement.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Review design files and order specifications to ensure accurate production of customer orders.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, oiling, and replacing parts as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments to the machine as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with machine operation and embroidery quality.
• Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production challenges.
• Keep accurate records of production, including machine settings, material usage, and production time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator or in a similar production role preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-needle embroidery machines and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Physical Requirements:
