What You Bring:
- A can-do, will-do attitude with strongtechnicalskills andmechanical aptitude.
- Effectivecommunicationskills, both oral and written.
- Management experienceto develop the ability to overseemanufacturing operations, production teams, and ensure effective coordination of workers while meeting production goals.
- Experience in dynamic production environments. Working withcomplex manufacturing systemsis preferred.

What You'll Do:
- Complete our 8-to-10-monthProduction Management Development Program, designed to develop your expertise inproduction supervision,managing manufacturing operations, and using various types ofmanufacturing machineryin both unionandnon-union plants.
- Assist plant management with dailyplant operations, includingstaff supervision,production planning, andequipment management.
- Applystatistical process principles and basic quality tools like diagrams, flow-run-control charts, to optimize production.
- Manageproduction throughput, ensuring efficient use of equipment and materials while adhering tosafety procedures.
- Enforcestandard operating procedures and assist with training and developing plant staff.
- Oversee teams in various locations, administering labor contracts and fostering positive workplace relations.
We Need You To Have:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred inan engineering ormanufacturing field.
- 2 or more years of experience inmanufacturing operationswith hands-on experience using various types ofmanufacturing machineryand tools.
- 1 or more years ofsupervisory experience, preferablyin amanufacturing environment.
- Strongproblem-solving skills,critical thinking, andattention to detail.
- Ability tomulti-task, work under pressure, and act quickly in afast-paced environment.
