Production/Installation Manager

NuFace Home Improvements, a family owned local business is growing fast.  We are looking for the right candidate that will  grow with us.  The products we offer are roofing, siding, windows, doors and baths.

Primary Purpose & Function
The Production Manager is an intricate part of our team.  Coordinating all projects and installation crews.  Keeping all teams in the field running efficiently with customer service a top priority.
 
The right candidate will be an excellent problem solver, multi-tasker, organized, self starter, motivated, proven leader

Job Responsibilities
Reviewing contracts
Ordering materials for all job types
Performing measurements for roofing, siding, windows, doors
Problem solving on job sites
Manage the installation team
Maintain 100% customer satisfaction
100% Positive feedback from customers on installers
Contact customers on a weekly basis to keep them informed of the production timeline.
Request customer for referrals, or remind them of program
Planning/Schedule all installations
Filing Building Permits
Manage relationships with vendors
Manage incoming products and warehouse
Quality control & install training
Prepare/gather product together for installers
Maintain customer folders and production in our CRM
Assist Installers issues during installation as needed
Job site visits
Deliver/Pick up job trailers
Collect from customers completion certificates and money collected
Maintain calendar and update with installs scheduled.
Maintain calendar for installers requested off days
Coordinate all warranty and service calls
Review your job cost to determine recommendations for improvement
Complete analysis on root cause of service calls
Review information with Owners and General Manager
