Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage operational strategies and KPIs that align with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery, ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to optimize operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and waste is minimized.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in Manufacturing Operations, Operations Management, Production Scheduling, Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving operational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions quickly.
- In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Proficient in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
