Production Manager - Johnson Service Group

Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm is seeking at Production Manager for our global power manufacturing client in Jackson, MS. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of 4-6 direct reports and indirectly managing up to 150 employees.
 
Duties:

• Drive production results to achieve orders with quality and targets in mind
• Identify gaps in the production process to aide in the continuous improvement process
• Partner with internal teams on resources and scheduling
• Goal setting with direct team members
• Problem solve on production delays when needed
• Coach direct reports on policies and procedures
• Budget management

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a production based role
• Strong managerial skillset
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work within the US
