Armor Fence, Deck & Patio LLC is a leading fence and outdoor construction company serving the Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia markets for 30 years. Our services include fence, deck, screened porch, patio, walkway and retaining wall installation. We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to serve as Production Manager in our deck department and meet the following requirements:
- Good working knowledge of construction techniques and safety.
- Residential and commercial deck construction knowledge is required.
- Construction crew leadership
- Customer service excellence
- Inventory and material pricing and ordering
- Highly organized and efficient planning skills
- Knowledge of excel, CRMs, inventory systems
- Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively as a team player
- Self-directed
- Ability to be flexible and multi-task
POSITION GOAL
This position oversees all aspects of the deck/porch/patio production department including supervision of installation crews, project management, customer satisfaction and internal sales support.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of Crews
The manager is responsible for the scheduling and dispatch of installation crews. The Production Manager will produce material lists and work orders for each project and is responsible for the smooth installation of each deliverable.
Project Management
The manager will review budgets as needed and will work with the sales team to align budgets and review bids for accuracy and construction details. The manager is responsible for delivering projects within budget, on-time and in a manner consistent with the quality expected from our company.
Customer Satisfaction
The manager will communicate project status with customers and provide excellent customer service in partnership with the sales team, maintaining our 4.5 star Google rating.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Office suite with emphasis in Excel and CRM.
- Ability to work varied hours to meet specific project and seasonal demands.
- Spanish a plus
