You will be a key player in driving the continuous improvement of our production processes, ensuring the highest levels of quality control, and managing our supply chain to maximize efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities to ensure that all production requirements are met.
- Implement and manage effective quality control systems to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
- Manage our supply chain to ensure that materials and components are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular project management activities to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop strategic plans to drive the growth and development of our manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all production activities are aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, quality control, project management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, process improvement, inventory management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in project management, lean manufacturing, or related fields are a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of health and safety standards.
