Production Manager - Management Recruiters of Tallahassee

The company is a $20M privately held wholesale custom sign manufacturing firm with over 30 years of experience. Financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a good work-life balance for the right professional. This is an on-site position in the Stoutland, MO area.

A qualified candidate will have:

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• Three (3+) plus years of experience in a production leadership experience in an aluminum or metal fabrication operation
• Experience or knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools/techniques
• Experience with analyzing production capacity and output
• Experience in developing and delivering recurring training
• Experience in hiring, conducting employee reviews, and corrective action
• Experience or knowledge of CNC machining, mig welding, aerosol painting and/or vinyl printing would be a plus
