With the responsibility of overseeing our entire production floor, you'll be the backbone of Merit Manufacturing's daily operations—where every product is filled, sealed, and labeled to perfection. Your Main Responsibilities

As the Production Manager at Merit Manufacturing, you'll be the driving force behind our production floor operations, where we fill, seal, and label products to meet customer demand with precision and quality. Leading a team of up to 40 supervisors and production associates, you'll ensure our daily production targets are met, coordinate closely with scheduling and other departments to keep materials and resources flowing smoothly, and make real-time adjustments to align with our customers' needs. Your role is crucial to keeping production on track, solving challenges as they arise, and maintaining the safety, efficiency, and cleanliness standards that Merit is known for.

· Lead the Production Floor: Manage a team of up to 40 supervisors and production associates to ensure everyone's in the right place, trained up, and ready to hit our daily production targets.

· Orchestrate the Game Plan: Work closely with our scheduling team to understand customer needs and daily goals. You'll make real-time adjustments to keep things on track and adapt to changes on the fly.

· Coordinate Across Departments: Ensure production has everything it needs to run smoothly—labels, components, materials—and keep communication open with other departments so they're aligned and ready to support the day's work.

· Motivate and Inspire: Rally the team to meet ambitious goals and deadlines. You're the one who'll keep spirits high, ensuring everyone feels connected to the mission and empowered to do their best work.

· See the Bigger Picture: Understand the flow of production as part of a larger company ecosystem. You'll make sure production aligns with overall company goals, enabling other departments to function smoothly, too.

· Adapt and Overcome: Merit is all about agility, and our customers rely on us for quick pivots and top-notch service. As Production Manager, you'll lead the team in staying flexible, finding solutions, and exceeding customer expectations.

Are you Qualified?

· 5+ years of experience managing a manufacturing team, ideally in personal care, cosmetics, or a similar industry.

· Strong familiarity with cGMP standards and the ability to uphold and enforce SOPs for safety, cleanliness, and documentation.

· Proven leadership skills with experience managing a large team and handling day-to-day production complexities.

Pay Rate: $80,000 (negotiable based on experience)
