Production Materials Buyer at Davron LLC

Join our innovative and rapidly growing team as a Production Materials Buyer at our facility in Huntsville, AL! We are a leading supplier of advanced material solutions to the aerospace, defense, oil & gas, and semiconductor manufacturing industries. Over the past two years, we have grown from 35 to 68 employees and aim to reach 100 by the end of the year. With our recent expansion, including an additional 3,800 square feet of production space, this is the perfect opportunity to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Buyer position include:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Global Shop Solutions (GSS) and ERP systems preferred.
• Strategically source and purchase materials to optimize value.
• Work closely with shipping and inventory departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, especially in transportation.
• Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Perform daily ERP management to monitor material requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
