THE ROLE

As a Production Office Team Member, your day begins by reviewing production schedules and updating key performance indicators to ensure we're on track. You work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams, communicating deadlines, tracking shipments, and coordinating orders. Throughout the day, you update data in our ERP system, generate reports, and resolve any discrepancies that arise with the production floor. When things get hectic, you keep calm, answer phones, respond to emails, and ensure everything in the office runs smoothly. Before the day ends, you might spot a bottleneck in the workflow and suggest ways to improve processes – because here, your ideas matter.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• An organized, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or administrative roles
• ERP software experience
