Pay Rate
Day Shift: $17.00 per hour
Night Shift: $17.00 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential

Schedule and Hours
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
2/2/3 schedule. Associates will work every other weekend.

Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up equipment, monitor production processes, and adjust as necessary for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with technicians, quality, and engineering teams to resolve machinery issues and implement corrections.
• Perform solder repairs and inspect solar panels to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Document repair processes, identify defects, and report to maintain product standards.
• Work with production leadership to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations and record production data accurately.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and participate in training to stay updated on industry technologies.

Production Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, with experience in manufacturing or production; solar panel assembly experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
• Composite toes or steel toes required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production monitoring.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for various shifts, nights, and weekends
• Lift up to 30 ponds individually, 50 pounds in tandem, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
