Position Title: Production Operator 12 Hour Days
Wage: $19.00/hour
Shift: 12 Hour Days
Hours: 7:00am 7:00pm

Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Produce, inspect and package products based on batch formulations utilizing various mixing, blending and packaging equipment while following GMP and EHS procedures
- Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products
- Adhere to plant policies, practices, and procedures to ensure safety, quality, service and cost objectives are met
- Practice continuous quality improvement in processes
- Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary
- Complete required paperwork
- Operate various pieces of equipment including lamination equipment, packaging equipment, forklifts, palletizers and basic hand tools
- Use computer controls to operate equipment
- Participates in continuous improvement projects, and Kaizen events
Requirements for Production Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to read English
- Basic math skills
