We are looking for several Production Planners to secure and support a production schedule This role is located in Kinston, North Carolina and the goal is to analyze the production status and in collaboration with main stakeholders.

We are looking for several Production Planners to secure and support a production schedule This role is located in Kinston, North Carolina and the goal is to analyze the production status and in collaboration with main stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyze the production status and in collaboration with main collaborators.
• Elaborate a production schedule and recovery plan, with impacts on capacity requirements (workforce/machines/strategic tooling/jigs), delivery dates, end production buffer.
• Acquire the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning so frequently. Build, update and analyze KPIs (critical metrics) measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
• Challenge planning parameters and models in the planning tools (SAP Knowledge and Excel (Advanced skill).
• Attend daily Production monitoring meetings:
• Report on production progress, parts availability, give support to adjust daily priorities
• Make the planning respected (accountable). Daily drumbeat.
