Production Planning Manager - Judge Group

seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Planning Manager to lead production scheduling and planning at our Texas plant, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless operations.

*SALARY-$75,000 to $85,000

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement to verify material availability (e.g., ensuring chicken supply for production) and create aligned production plans.
• Execute production plans that optimize efficiency, meet customer delivery timelines, and align with capacity forecasts.
• Collaborate across functions to meet supply chain goals and mitigate potential production risks.
• Drive material strategy, collaborating with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to forecast and fulfill orders.
• Manage the scheduling and sourcing of raw materials, aligning with purchase orders and sales projections.
• Coordinate with international manufacturing sites for sourcing and logistics, including operations in France and Thailand.
• Lead project teams to execute complex production schedules, monitoring timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
• Experience with integrated planning/production systems, procurement workflows, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required; Master’s preferred.
