Job Title: Production Procedure Trainer
Classification: Exempt
Job Summary: The Production Procedure Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering training materials both virtually and in-person to help new Production Management personnel become competent and successful in their roles.
Essential Functions:
· Lead role in the development of a comprehensive training and support program for branch production management personnel.
· Work with L&D team to create training materials.
· Delivery of training program both remotely and in-person.
· Provide on-going support for branch production personnel.
Additional Functions:
· Work closely with Alsco Safety and Production team.
· Perform special projects as required.
Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communication.
· Be competent in all areas of commercial laundry production.
· Be able to clearly explain concepts and processes and continually verify the trainee understands the concepts being taught.
· Be patient, understanding of, and adaptable to, different personalities and learning styles.
· Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
· Good reasoning abilities and sound judgement.
· Maintain current passport and driver’s license.
· Prior experience as an Alsco Production Manager (or equivalent experience) a plus.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
Typical Environmental Conditions:
· Production facility, Office
Travel Requirements:
· Overnight travel estimated at 30-40%. Travel is not always predictable and may be required on short notice.
Office Location:
· This position is officed in Alsco’s corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah
Physical Requirements:
· Physical Demands/Requirements - sitting, grasping, driving, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, walking, writing, speaking, hearing.
