Job Summary:
Production Quality Specialist assists Production Quality Managers and Engineers for production quality management including production quality matrix establishment, continuing yield improvement, incoming material quality inspection, standard operation procedure writing and operator training. Additional duties may be assigned according to the need.
This role will be in the headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Generate Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for production operators
- Establish and maintain in-process quality checklists
- Generate Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for production operators
- Establish and maintain in-process quality checklists
- Resolve quality issues with cross functional departments, suppliers, CM Partners, and customers
- Monitor quality performance in system and component levels and generate reports for data analysis
- Identify quality trend and opportunity for continuous quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or materials management preferred, including at least one year in materials management.
- Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills
- Detail oriented and good time management
- Multi-tasking with effective decision making
- Independent person and also a strong team player
- Proficient with MS office
Salary Range
$66,560 - $80,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
