As a Production Relationship Manager on our Los Angeles team, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our entertainment industry impact—connecting top brands with today’s most-watched content while contributing to our culture of innovation and growth.
The Role
As a Production Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of EightPM’s product placement and integration initiatives, working closely with production partners to bring client brands to life on screen. You’ll oversee end-to-end logistics, from identifying integration opportunities and managing shipments to tracking and recording successful placements. You’ll build strong relationships with production partners, acting as a resource to our team and ensuring seamless execution that reflects our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & negotiate product integration opportunities on TV shows & movies in various production stages
- Cultivate and strengthen existing production relationships
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the TV & film production industry
- Oversee shipment and delivery logistics for client products
- Keep meticulous notes & inventory records in our CRM & other databases
- Meet with production partners to exchange, receive & inspect client property
- Track & record product integrations on released TV & film content
- Attend industry events to stay updated and network with production partners for new opportunities
- Handle other duties as assigned—we all wear many hats!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, media, marketing, or advertising agency, with a strong focus on product placement, brand integration, or client relationship management
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Highly detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
- Above average time management & multitasking skills
- Problem-solver who is driven by challenge
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills—verbal, written, & visual
- Able to recognize & analyze internal issues & help solutions
- Able to provide & receive constructive feedback
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environments
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.), communication apps (Slack, Zoom), & visual design (Canva, Photoshop)
- Eat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainment
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation & residency in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically Hollywood, for commuting to the office
- Comfortable with regular in-office work––Full-time in-office work required during the first 90 days. After the initial 90 days, the role remains primarily in-office with up to 2 remote days per week, depending on business needs
