About the Job
Key Accountabilities include:
- Responsible for maintaining all model ordering specifications in the necessary systems.
- Coordinate activities for ordering of all new models including HEA/DFS planning and ordering. Ensure product specifications, model information and pertinent ordering information is correct through various ordering systems for a successful model launch and future monthly allocations. These systems include: ConRecOrd, Allocation System, DVP, Order Bank Validation and IVSR booking.
- Ensure that all centrally communicated ordering parameters are met, while maintaining a filled production pipeline for the US Market. Manage any order entry and deletion as needed.
- Responsible for ordering all Authority bikes as well as fulfilling Military orders.
- Analyze regional inventory throughout the pipeline and make decisions on actions needed to adjust levels in order to reach target objectives as given by management
- Responsible for performing the monthly allocation process which includes maintaining all risk pools for company motorcycles and new dealers. Analyze and monitor the outcome of the allocation and inform Motorrad field/regional personnel of the parameters of the allocation and provide detailed allocation reporting.
- Monitor and Maintain order templates in the ConRecOrd System coordinating approvals with Sales Ops and Product Management. Ensure that the templates are available for all active models and dealers within a dealer cluster. Loaded templates should be most relevant for each model and dealer cluster to ensure the highest sale probability.
- Maintain the Dealer Availability Report options strings to ensure the necessary options are showing on the Dealers' DARs.
- Provide daily support to the field teams via email, phone and meetings.
- Monitor the "Motorrad Order Questions" email inbox to help to address concerns for dealers and field team members.
- Main point of contact with AIT logistics team, responsible for processing of bikes to Puerto Rico dealership, and addressing any logistical issues.
- Responsible for IT issue management surrounding the systems maintained as a responsibility of the role.
- Responsible for ensuring proper vehicle invoicing and documentation including MSO's, to BMW Motorrad dealers as well as resolving any issues with invoicing,
- Responsible for maintaining a pool of vehicles in Priority P5 on a regular basis to assist with managing internal stock levels.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the Retail Backout application for BMW Motorrad
- Responsible for all dealer Buy/Sell inventory swaps, as well as planning the opening stock for all new dealers, and managing the disposal of remaining stock from any closing dealers.
- Coordinate with all Fleet owners in advance to determine their vehicle needs for the calendar year, and ensure that all orders are placed with the required level of equipment, and the fleet owners are kept informed.
- Responsible for sourcing VINs for the Job Assigned motorcycle program and facilitating communications between eligible employees and Vehicle Administration.

The pay range for this role is: $86,084.00- $101,275.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- 5+ years automotive experience.
