Job DescriptionThe NBCUniversal Studio Services team is looking for a collaborative, results-driven creative and self-motivated Production Services Representative in Doraville, GA.
Have you always wanted to support on-set production? Our Stages & Backlot Operations team is the best in the business! Our Production Services Representatives are responsible for liaising with all the productions that film on our stages and handle a wide variety of requests to make sure TV shows, films, and commercials have all the support they need to make great content.
Production Service Representatives serve as the liaison with productions to ensure efficiency, solve problems, and assist with any specific needs for those productions filming on the studio property. This position involves working with multiple departments across all studio facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Works as the primary liaison between on-lot productions and the studio.
- Handles prospective customer inquiries for television, feature films, commercials, music videos and still photography
- Coordinates and schedules facility scouts with customers and department heads
- Prepares deal estimates and coordinates with studio departments for pricing and labor requirements
- Reserves facilities and coordinates scheduling with other on-lot productions
- Generates on-lot work orders for all studio departments
- Ensures all studio facilities are ready for client arrival and maintained during production
- Is a consistent presence on set throughout the production on both stages and lot
- Arranges for Universal personnel and maintains contact with them throughout the production
- Prepares studio call sheets, hotlock lists, drive on passes, and general documentation and forms as required
- Arranges parking for crew and production vehicles
- Ensures all studio safety and County Fire Department regulations are observed by production (fire exits, fire lanes, hazardous waste disposal, special effects properly approved, etc.)
- Reviews posted charges and initiates customer billing in addition to helping identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Works to develop and maintain internal and external production relationships
- Dedicated to achieving studio budget goals

What You Have…
- BA/BS degree in a related area preferred
- 3+ years production or production related experience
- 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced, frenetic production environment
What You Maybe Have…
- Customer service experience a plus
- Interest in production, logistics, and/or studio operations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NBCUniversal policies and procedures preferred
- Experience with ScheduAll (scheduling software/billing system)
- Knowledge and experience with other Atlanta region studios and broader TV/film market

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
