Salary $85,000 - $120,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southeast USA.

This national manufacturer is looking for a Superintendent who can lead a team & hit production goals. If you have a background in Plywood, OSB, Veneer, or Engineered Wood and are you looking for your next career step to a national company that has an excellent history of stability and growth!

As the Production Superintendent, you will:

·Hire production team members

·Responsible for meeting production goals

·Have a hands-on approach

·Comfortable with safety, supervision, budgets, and lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:

·At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in the wood manufacturing

·Excellent leadership, organizational, & computer skills

·Able to build a team and motivate members.
