Job Title: Production Supervisor – 1^st & 2^nd shifts

Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Salary: $60-70K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will supervise the production employees on the 1^st or 2^nd shift operations while ensuring quality food manufacturing products and specifications are met.

Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

* Direct and supervise personnel ensuring quality of production.

*Follow all SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures)

*Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all safety and health policies and procedures.

*Help to resolve any operating problems or issues.

*Help ensure quality food manufacturing products are produced at the lowest possible cost.

*Enforce all company policies and procedures are met and followed.

Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:

·2+ years of Supervisory experience

·Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience is required.

·Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.

·Excellent communication skills

·Able to work a 1^st or 2^nd shift and weekends or overtime as needed.

·Bilingual speaking background a plus.
