About the Job
We are looking for Production Supervisor for 1st shift. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX facility.
You’ll make an impact by:
Being the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.
Improve safety for all personnel; the working in and around production line while driving efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate, and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected tools.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory role.
Mechanical proficient with experience using hand tools.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Project Management experience.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Lean manufacturing techniques.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

The pay range for this position is $65,240.00 -$111,840.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
